‘The Walking Dead’ bekommt Webserie, Greg Nicotero führt Regie

Want more Zombies? You will get them! Die Horror Webseite Bloody Disgusting hat gerade erfahren, dass Greg Nicotero (also der Kerl, der als Special Makeup Artist für die “hässlichen” Zombies in AMC’s The Walking Dead verantwortlich ist), das Zepter für eine sechsteilige Webserie übernehmen wird, die scheinbar irgendwann dann an den Start gehen wird, wenn auch die zweite Staffel The Walking Dead in den USA on Air geht.
Planmässig sollen bereits im kommenden Monat die Arbeiten an der Webserie beginnen, in deren Mittelpunkt eine (mir unbekannte) “Hannah” steht, die sich laut “Plot” gemeinsam mit Ihren Kindern, im Haus Ihres Ex-Mannes vor einer Meute gefrässiger Untoter versteckt. Wie lange das gut gehen kann, ist mir allerdings schleierhaft? Was will Hannah machen? Mit Nudelholz und Kochtopfdeckel den Zombie-Fratzen eins über braten?

Bloody Disgusting exclusively has learned that KNB co-founder Greg Nicotero is getting behind the camera to direct a series of webisodes for the forthcoming second season of AMC’s “The Walking Dead”.
John Esposito (“The Theatre Bizarre, “Masters of Horror”) is penning the screenplays for the six episodes set to premiere this fall. We’re hearing they may also play on AMC’s annual Fearfest, although that’s unconfirmed.
Shooting next month, the webisodes follow “Hannah” and her children who take shelter in her ex-husband’s house from a horde of zombies.
Nicotero directed the widely popular short film “The United Monster Talent Agency” back in 2010.
